On Saturday, as Dave and I strolled around the produce section of Publix, I spotted something that literally had me jumping for joy. Rhubarb is back!! I immediately grabbed a package of rhubarb along with some cartons of strawberries so I could make my favorite dessert of all time: Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp with Vanilla ice cream.
Here's a picture... the crisp was gone within 24 hrs..
