Smoothie Kick

Dave and I are on a smoothie kick- drinking one or two a day (with breakfast and usually a snack after work or before bed). We love the Bolthouse fruit drinks because they make the perfect liquid addition to our smoothies. They come in a bunch of delicious flavors, our favorites being Green Goodness and Mango.


Our typical smoothie recipe:
2 bananas 
Ice
1 cup vanilla organic yogurt
Frozen berries
Bolthouse smoothie drink - pour to top of other ingredients




Another favorite:
2 bananas 
Vanilla yogurt
Ice
Vanilla Bean Protein Bolthouse
